The 2019 East Basseterre Festival finally came to an end on Saturday with a parade of troupes through Basseterre, cumulating at the Newtown Sporting Complex.
Two troupes made up the parade along with Kollision Band, AkaiiUsweet, Rucas H.E. Empire and Jazzbo. The two troupes were Explosion and Aloha.
The parade was originally scheduled to take place in September on Independence Day, but was postponed.
